How do I care for my cake following pick up?

if you will be waiting for longer than 3 hours to consume your cake, please store in refrigerator. Take cake out 30 minutes to 1 hour to allow it to come to room temp before serving.

How do I receive my cake?

pick up is in east williamsburg, bk. I will share address two days prior to pickup. while pickup is preferred, delivery is available via Uber Package/transport for an additional fee. please note I cannot be responsible for the cake once it is handed off.

Do you offer specialty diet or allergy friendly options?

Baking Not Flaking is a completely nut-free kitchen. I do not offer any alcohol-based, vegan or gluten free cakes at this time.

What is your cancellation policy?

orders can be cancelled up to 1 weeks notice with a half refund of their initial deposit.

How far in advance should I place my order?

the earlier the better! I require at least one weeks notice to ensure there is ample time to execute the best cake. if a celebration comes up in less than one week’s notice, the order will incur at $50-$75 rush fee depending on availability.
